We are confident you will love our product and because of sanitary and safety reasons unfortunately we have a No Refund / No Return Policy on product as it is a tea for human consumption. Whilst the majority of our users continue to get excellent results, do understand that all our bodies and lifestyle vary from person to person. In the unlikely event of you not satisfied at least by the end of your first packet (1st Week) please contact us immediately and one of our customer care agents will better guide you before preparing a second packet. The majority of these cases are due to directions not being properly followed or additional lifestyle tips may be needed.
