USAGE DIRECTIONS:

3 tea bags (One Packet) makes 1 gallon of Nutroflow Ultra Cleanse Iced Tea and gives you 16 servings of 8 oz. Drink 2 servings per day:

Drink One (1) - 8 oz serving 30 minutes before Lunch

Drink One (1) - 8 oz serving 30 minutes before Dinner

Ensure you keep properly hydrated and drink at least "8 glasses" of water throughout the day whilst on cleanse.

KINDLY NOTE: You may drink the full 16oz serving once daily instead of dividing it into two 8oz servings. This is often more convenient and typically takes effect within 6 to 12 hours. Most individuals experience their bowel movement(s) during one consistent period when taken this way.

If the effects feel too strong, you may reduce the serving size to suit your comfort.
